5 Reasons Why I Love Boxing Videos

I’ve always wondered why there are so many people who wanted to watch a boxing game. Whether it is captured live on TV or seen personally on the ring or even when it is recorded in video, many are hooked towards the mania of boxing. I just couldn’t simply understand why this violent sport is given that much attention, I mean you could see how the faces of those involved get that much injury. Honestly, It isn’t that pretty; and because I’ve always wondered these questions, I tried to watch one game.

So there I was, sitting on the couch watching a live game on TV. The national anthem of both parties was sung by their respective representatives, and then the game started. It was that one moment when I understood how the game worked and how intensifying each round could get. The different strategies made to hit the opponent were ecstatically exhilarating that in every punch, I get to jump off my sit. It was that moment that I finally comprehended the pros of the sport. There are so many reasons why I considered loving the game, but here are the top five reasons I could easily identify:

First is, when watching the game, you would really see the obvious self-discipline embodied with in the players. Boxing is a sport where strenuous training is conducted, keeping the body in tune with the mind. It requires self dedication because one mistake with the training will definitely show in the ring. Although, a coach is there to back up; in the end, the boxer’s decision and strategy will always matter. Second, the game is undeniably unpredictable. You can see players hit off the first four rounds, then the opponent catches in. The flow of the game itself is capricious, and at the same time, thrilling. You never really know how many points a boxer can get compared to other sports like tennis or basketball. Third is when watching the game, you’d really feel the blood rush into your veins. Every round is exciting, every blow makes you euphoric. Fourth is, every game requires a boxer to be best in their specific categories. It is a one-on-one fight that tests endurance and strategy. It’s definitely watching two made art of science; two professionals doing a perfect trade; and fifth, boxing is a way of life that reflects each and one of us. The anger we feel with the punches inhalates our desire to be best in whatever endeavors we have in our lives. It is the desire to win and the desire to stand up when we lose ground.

After watching the fight, I never stopped watching boxing. Every round gives meaning. Every win gives reason. That is boxing! You, me, we all love it!
