•    Some diet tea products claim that they block the body from absorbing calories which is not true. Laxatives may induce diarrhea but these does not necessarily mean that your body will not absorb calories.

•    These herbal laxatives cause diarrhea as well as vomiting and these consequentially lead to weight loss because your body is losing water. This is not equivalent to losing fat.

•    Severe vomiting and diarrhea may reduce the rate at which your body retains nutrients from the food and this may cause loss of muscles. This is because when your body is deprived then it starts using the available source of energy which is the protein.

•    When your body undergoes loss of muscle then your level of metabolism reduces which leads to no loss of calories and no loss of weight. As your body burns muscles for energy, your metabolic rate reduces.

•    The major concept is that if your body gets used to burning muscles for energy then once you are off the diet tea your metabolism will be so low, you will gain weight at a very high rate.

The Skinny Guy Workout Explained

Do you look at yourself in the mirror and hate what you see? You’ll be comforted to know that you aren’t the only one. There are plenty of people out there who hate their body or at least one part of them and they have no energy to change it. But you could be different. You could find the energy to change your body and actually enjoy what you look like and feel confident within yourself. How can you do this? It will be with hard work, determination and with the help of the skinny guy workout.

The skinny guy workout is pretty simple really. For starters you have to do 30 minutes of jogging or cycling every day. This is free and easy and wouldn’t take too long so there is no excuse not to do it. This is called a cardio workout and can be increased to an hour each day when you feel confident that you can manage it. There is no point pushing yourself straight away as you will feel you can’t do it and give up. Make it manageable and go at your own pace.
